Screws are too long for use in hammond chassis. Needs thicker metal or screw bottoms out before ceramic mates with chassis.

BUY A SECOND TIP, OR A SECOND PENCIL OR GUN AND USE SILVER BEARING "LEAD FREE SOLDER" """ONLY"""! These really do make great terminals for very high voltages and the do provide excellent signal isolation, and noise rejection from leakage across insulating materials.
