20 AWG fiberglass sleeving is varnished and closely resembles early style spaghetti. 11 AWG also available as part number S-M401W. Minimum order is 10 feet.

This product has a Class F electrical insulation, manufactured by impregnating and coating a finely braided fiberglass sleeving with a dielectric film of acrylic resin. It is recommended as a universal coated sleeving for all thermal requirements from Class 105°C through Class 155°C.

This product's sleeving has superior mechanical and electrical properties, providing its rated dielectric strength during and after the most severe handling in your application.

Features

  • Compatible with most magnet wire coatings such as polyester, acrylic, polyamide, polyimide, epoxy and phenolic.
  • Resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and most organic solvents.
  • Bends without cracking at -25°C.

Applications:

  • Widely used in fractional and integral horsepower motors on leads and crossovers
  • Other uses exist in dry and oil-filled transformers, relays of many types, radio and television circuits, and welding apparatuses

Very nice "old-style" as stated, now if they only had it in larger diameters, that would be great!

Very nice sleeving. Works well on insulating capacitor and resistor leads. Great transaction, fast shipping thanks!

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Have used it extensively on refurbed vintage radios.

This spaghetti has a very small innter diameter. It works well to slip on leads to small resistors and small capacitors, however, the inner diameter is not large enough to slip over leads on antique radio audio transformers. The antique spaghetti used in the 1920's has a much larger inner and outer diameter. This new spaghetti should not be ordered if a person wants to use it to look like the old spaghetti used in the 1920's. It is not a good reproduction of the old spaghetii.

Nice to finally see this vintage style sleeving available in black. I do museum class restorations and in most instances, component leads must be sleeved for proper finished appearance. Excellent product.
