Covers - for Chassis Holes, Nickel-plated Steel
High quality chassis hole covers for a wide variety of hole sizes. These covers use tapered tabs that easily snap into the hole to securely hold the cover in place. If a more permanent solution is required, the metal tabs can be bent outward after installing to secure the hole cover to the chassis. These nickel plated covers are a great way to modify an existing chassis or cover up mistakes. This list shows some common hole sizes for a variety of parts used on amplifiers, pedals and other equipment.

Indicator Light - Bakelite, Soviet, Incandescent, Screw Base
New-old-stock Soviet pilot lights that fit screw base bulbs. These lights have a unique bakelite frame and bakelite bezel. The lights come with a 6.3V bulb but can be used with any G-3-½ screw base bulb. The diameter of the light is 0.785” and the diameter of the mounting hole is 0.625”. Includes a bakelite mounting nut. Note: A small 0.2” notch must either be filed into the 0.625” mounting hole or filed off of the light to flush mount with a panel.

OTA - AS3080E, Linearizing Diodes, Alfa, 8-Pin DIP
The AS3080E is Alfa’s version of the CA3080 IC. The AS3080E is a gain block which is the operational-transconductance-amplifier (OTA). The AS3080E has differential input and a single-ended, push-pull, class A output. Amplifier bias
input may be used either for gating or for linear gain control. High output impedance and transconductance (gM) is directly proportional to the amplifier bias current (IABC). Linearizing diodes are provided at the inputs to reduce distortion and allow higher input levels. The result is a 10-dB signal-to-noise improvement referenced to 0.5 percent THD.
The AS3080E is notable for it’s high slew rate (50V/µs), which makes it especially useful for multiplexer and fast unity-gain voltage followers.

TLC274 quad op amp in a 14-pin DIP package. The TLC274 quad operational amplifier combines a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds approaching that of general-purpose BiFET devices. These devices use Texas Instruments silicon- gate LinCMOSTM technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding the stability available with conventional metal-gate processes. CMOS - CD4029, Presettable Up/Down Counter, 16-Pin DIP
CD4029B consists of a four-stage binary or BCD-decade up/down counter with provisions for look-ahead carry in both counting modes. The inputs consist of a single CLOCK, CARRY-IN\ (CLOCK ENABLE\), BINARY/DECADE, UP/DOWN, PRESET ENABLE, and four individual JAN signals, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and a CARRY OUT\ signal are provided as outputs. A high PRESET ENABLE signal allows information on the JAM INPUTS to preset the counter to any state asynchronously with the clock. A low on each JAM line, when the PRESET-ENABLE signal is high, resets the counter to its zero count. The counter is advanced one count at the positive transition of the clock when the CARRY-IN\ and PRESET ENABLE signals are low. Advancement is inhibited when the CARRY-IN\ or PRESET ENABLE signals are high. The CARRY-OUT\ signal is normally high and goes low when the counter reaches its maximum count in the UP mode or the minimum count in the DOWN mode provided the CARRY-IN\ signal is low.

Op-Amp - AS301AH, Alfa, Single, TO5-8 case
The AS301AH is Alfa’s version of the LM301A in an 8 pin TO5 package. The AS301A is a general purpose operational amplifier. This amplifier offers many features which make its application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, and freedom from oscillations and compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor. It has advantages over internally compensated amplifiers in that the frequency compensation can be tailored to the particular application. For example, in low frequency circuits it can be overcompensated for increased stability margin. Or the compensation can be optimized to give more than a factor of ten improvements in high frequency performance for most applications. In addition, the device provides better accuracy and lower noise in high impedance circuitry.
