The Graph Tech PQL-5072-00 is a perfect option for Fender guitars or re-issues from the 1950's-60's or 70's. This nut features a 7.25" radius, works with a curved or flat bottom and is permanently lubricated for great tuning stability. It works in both a flat bottom or curved bottom nut slot due to its ingenious design, just sand off the tab for a curved bottom. It is pre-slotted to make for a quick and easy install on just about all Fender electric guitars made in the 1950’s, 60’ and 70’s. The 7.25” fingerboard radius originated in the early 1950s and was used for most Fender electric instruments until the 1980s. In the 80's it was changed to a slightly flatter 9.5" radius. TUSQ XL is designed to boost guitar tone and performance. This precision engineered nut is made with a specially formulated material which couples the strings' vibrations to the neck and brings out the hidden harmonics and richness in every note.

The Kluson Contemporary Series 19:1 ratio locking tuning machine uses the more desireable rear knob locking system and is designed for usage on contemporary guitars. This design requires an individual mounting hole location offset at approximately 7 O'clock or 4 O'clock depending on left or right handed application (bass or treble side). Uses the common modern 25/64 in. (10mm) peghole with a hex head type screw-in bushing and single mounting screw. The introduction of the new Grover Locking Rotomatics® gives you the ease of use provided by a standard tuner and the positive locking of our internal cam post. Simply insert the string through the string hole, pull to tension by hand and begin tuning. As you start to tune, only the locking cam in the string post turns. Once the string is locked, the string post begins to turn allowing you to bring the string to pitch. In less than one revolution of the string post, you will be in tune, to stay in tune. Gear ratio is 18 to 1.
