The 6K6GT is an indirectly heated cathode type power amplifier pentode designed for service in the output stages of AC, AC/DC and storage battery operated receivers.

Higher in gain than the 5881WXT, with full base. Modelled after the vintage RCA 6L6GC "blackplate," the Sovtek 6L6WXT+ features larger plate dimensions and improved grid structure for increased power handling capabilities.
The 6L6WXT+ also features mica spacers with metal springs to eliminate tube rattle and microphonics. The Sovtek 6L6WXT+ yields a 20% higher output than the Sovtek 5881WXT and offers superior tone and overall performance to any 6L6 or KT66. The ultimate 6L6, the WXT+ will improve the sound of any 6L6 guitar amplifier.

Superior high-power Octal Beam Tetrode, suitable for any amp using 6550 or KT88. Designed to hold up in even the most punishing environment of high powered bass amps, such as Ampeg SVT. With 42 watts of plate dissipation in tetrode operation and 44 watts in triode, power is improved even over desirable vintage types.

Due to many requests by fans, the Tung-Sol EL84/6BQ5 has been reissued. The Tung-Sol EL84 / 6BQ5 was a popular OEM tube for American-made EL84 / 6BQ5 guitar amplifiers, such as those built by Gibson and Harmony. Due to its rugged construction and conservative ratings, it is the most reliable current production EL84 type available for use in Vox AC-30 type amplifiers. In addition, its linearity and tone characteristic make it the ideal replacement for EL84 hi-fi amplifiers, such as those built by Fisher, Scott, and Harmon-Kardon. Tube measurements are as follows:

Miniature tube which contains a sharp-cutoff pentode and a medium-mu triode. Each section has a separate cathode and is electrically independent.

Sharp cut-off general purpose amplifier. With the exception of heater and capacitance ratings, the electrical characteristics are similar to those of the 6C6.

Combines a high mu triode and two independent diode units in the 7-pin miniature construction. It permits a single tube to function as detector, AVC rectifier, and audio amplifier.

Variable mu pentode amplifier in the octal metal (glass) construction. It is suitable for use with AVC in RF and IF amplifiers and minimizes cross modulation.

The 5881 is the electrical equivalent to types 6L6 and 6L6G except that the plate and screen dissipation ratings have been increased approximately 20 percent. It embodies a complete mechanical redesign which results in greater resistance to shock and vibration.

Miniature, duplex-diode, high-mu triode designed for use as a combined detector, amplifier, and automatic-volume-control tube

The 12AU6 is a pentode amplifier having a sharp cut-off control characteristic using the miniature construction. With high transconductance, low grid-plate capacitance, it is intended for service as either an RF or AF amplifier.

Heater-cathode type diode designed for use as a half-wave rectifier in ac/dc receivers. A heater tap is provided to permit operation with a panel lamp.

Heater-cathode type power rectifier in the miniature construction. Its low voltage drop and small size adapt it to use with vibrator-type inverters in automobile receivers.

Miniature sharp-cutoff pentode for use as a wide-band, high-frequency amplifier. It is also useful in video and audio amplifiers, oscillators, mixers, frequency multipliers, and cathode followers.

A sonically faithful reproduction of the original tubes with a robust construction encased in a thick glass envelope. The JJ KT66 delivers a powerful 25 Watts with plenty of headroom. This tube has a tone that is warm, thick, and straightforward. With a more balanced sound than the 6L6GC, the JJ KT66 is an excellent choice for a full bodied tone.

The 0B2 is a two-electrode, inert-gas-filled cold cathode miniature tube intended for use as a voltage regulator.
