It makes a great impedance selector. Too bad they do no carry a 2 or 3 pole version for the old Magna and Epiphone amp power switches with off, standby, and on. 6 amps is a decent contact rating and the quality is quite good. I have used these on lots of builds. They can be used as a dummy rotary power switch on the Epi 100 and Maggie M10,M10A,M15,M15A etc. I eventually started using Alps or Grayhill for the off, standby, on, on rev polarity switches. I prefer the quality of these though. They are very well made.
