I recently ordered a 50L6GT tube (that i received in a very timely fashion) but when i put it on my tube tester it checked very low. I called and talked to a nice salesperson and explained my problem and told them if i could exchange the tube. To be honest i expected it to be an uphill battle. It was not! I was taken care of promptly and professionally. I got the hallmark of customer service. Well Done!!
