If you're looking for a good pair of tubes to play clean guitar through, or want easy access to 6L6 sounding distortion, these are good tubes to try.
I bought these to put in a guitar amp build of mine. They came matched by the new APEX matching system which is a plus. I biased them to 19W per tube and let them burn in for about an hour. When playing they sound really good and have a nice balance of low end, mids, and high end. Notes come out articulate and there's not a lot of fuzz. The pair I have aren't very noisy at high gain settings compared to some of the other tubes I've tired.
In the end I am very impressed with these and I might make these my go-to tubes.
