Report Review for product Vacuum Tube - 12AX7 / B759, Genalex Gold Lion

A VERY good sounding tube in all the Marshall piggy-back guitar amp heads Ive used them in .Believe it or not, this tube competes with my (real, Blackburn) Mullard long-plate 12AX7 tubes for quality of tone, in those amps. It is the only modern ECC83 type ive found that I can make that claim about. That said, I do not like them in combo amps, because of noise/vibration problems. They do-not work well in my Fender amps, possibly also they don't like to hang upside down .I REALLY really wish new Sensor, or Tube amp doctor or Groove tubes, would put the time and cost into producing an authentic reproduction of EVEN ONE of the great 12AX7 tubes of the past.There are many to choose from..so maybe the Mullard long plate would be too costly..I dont know..But what about the little RCA 7025 ? Or the GE 12AX7 short plate ? How about the Tungsram 12AX7? I would gladly pay $40 or $50 each If someone could put those tubes back into production...
