I received the tube quickly, but it was a bad tube, I emailed AES, and received a quick reply, and a replacement was shipped, I was and am impressed with the response, I will buy from AES again, because I know that they will correct a problem, instead of being a problem, this is the kind of place I would support and give my business to, thank you, I will tell anyone I the same, Wayne J.
