I bought this to replace the incorrect spring in my Teisco K2L "Sharkfin" guitar and I'm happy with how it worked out. It's slightly larger diameter than stock so it doesn't fit in the metal bucket that's supposed to hold the spring but the bucket is removable and the spring can sit in the hole drilled in the wood body. I used five nickels to shim it up to proper height and all's good. The spring is now the nicest part on the guitar!
