I have been using this power tube exclusively for several years now. It is a short bottle 6L6, and to my ears it is a little more controlled in the lows, a bit stronger in the mids, and overdrives sooner than a typical length 6L6. Very well made and reliable in my experience. I use 4 of these in a Peavey power amp along with my Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp. I really hope TAD can find a new manufacturing plant for these after the pandemic (the main reason I recently bought 2 spares).
