We do use this style of dress washer as a bezel around neon indicator lamps but for back panel screws we use always automotive trim screws that PERFECTLY MATCH the pre 1986 CBS Fender screws and some pre CBS screws. A box of 100 screws with washers that do NOT fall off and do NOT cut into the vinyl cost $20. These will dig into the Tolex and cut into it.
