I was not impressed. It appeared to be a good idea, but upon using it not so much. It is very difficult to get two wires into the contacts on the switch, which is what I needed to do. And the thing is very bulky. The contacts on the pot itself are impossible to reach if it is installed before wiring. And if you choose to use this make sure to use plastic knobs. I had a bad ground problem that was because of the knob I had. I was using the switch as a phase switch for pickups and even when I only had one pickup engaged it still had a slight out of phase sound to it. Maybe some of the contacts had been bridged, but since you can’t see the back side of the board who knows. The Bourns and Alpha products I’ve used before were not only much easier to wire but also sounded better. I cannot recommend this at all. But I do recommend purchasing from Antique Electronic Supply or the other names associated with them. Great service.
