This stranded core, lacquered cloth covered wire is a very close reproduction of the wire used in old 1920's radios. It blends in well with the old wiring of the antique radio, however, the outer diameter is a mite smaller. It will look good and blend in well with the original 1920's radio wiring. And before soldering, the wire will have to be tinned. A good reproduction wire.
