I just installed this can onto a mid-'60s Gretsch 6159 and only needed to perform some minor canister ground tab bending to make it fit into existing hole, as this one is not a skinny or tall as the original, nor does it match the old can's values, but these filtering values will make the amp run better. Once I soldered it in with an old 200W iron, it sits solidly on the chassis and really looks stock. There may have been just enough space on the chassis to use individual axials, but this canister keeps it clean. Well done with these, guys! Gregg
