I purchased a quad set of these tubes about four months ago. Last weekend one of them went red hot and I shut the amp down. My amp a Marantz 8B was professionally rebuilt earlier this year and I was biased below the recommended current for these tubes. They say these tubes only have a 90 day guarantee, so I am not covered. They sounded good while they lasted.
