Just like that advertisement says it is, "Genuine Marshall Tolex". This tolex was a breeze to work with. At first it didn't seem to be as rigid as I thought wish is great because I thought it would be difficult. Very easy to install. After the glue set up on it and the Marshall cabinet that I restored, It became a course textured covering that holds up to the vigor of the road. I now have a brand new 70,s era Marshall 1960B 4X12 cabinet. Thanks Antique electronic supply.
