Nice bright tone. I bought it. for a Fender type circuit. It emphasizes the right harmonics.. Lightweight with a low profile. Great value.
Bought the Eminence Patriot Lil' Texas to replace the original in my old Roland JC-60 combo. So far I'm very pleased. The old speaker was prone to "breaking up" earlier than I like, especially in a "clean" amp like the JC-60. The Eminence handles the amp perfectly - stays very clean. Also it's noticeably a bit less brittle sounding, which was a welcome change. The featherweight design doesn't hurt either. A+ so far. I'm thinking of 2 more in the future for my JC-120. Thanks AES!
This was a surprise. I was having some problems with another supplier, and went to Eminence, and other manufactures. I needed something for a 1x12 Deluxe Reverb based amp, and I chose this. It was cleaner and has a surprisingly good tone for the player the amp was made for.
