It's a great transformer! A little soft on the lower frequencies, but plenty loud! Do make sure that your driver stage is drawing under 10ma. Change caps before installation.

When it comes to building regenerative receivers transformer coupling is the way to go. Used these in the two stage af amplifier of a set I built, with a pair of 30 triodes and a 6k7 as the detector, at 70 volts there was literally too much gain to the point that the af stage howled (even with the 6k7 out), with only 18 volts i’m still getting close to loudspeaker volume. If you don’t need hi-fi then transformers are ideal.

Bought this to replace a fried interstage transformer on a Philco Model 20. A 27 tube drives two 71 tubes that are connected using this transformer. Works good with no issues so far. Great price

Great replacement transformer for the 1920s radios- works great. In most cases, the transformer will fit in the original can after the tar and original transformer are removed or also fit inside the old transformer housing. Have used about 20 so far. Nice product.

Works great between #27 tubes. Must always review plate current to ensure your within the transformer current limits

I thought "no way this will work in my Crosley 124", but it worked perfectly and the radio plays great. And the price was reasonable, especially for a part I thought I'd never find

Worked good in my 90 y/o All American Mohawk. The bass response may be a little soft, but it's loud and clear, feeding a Class AB2 output circuit.

The transformer was used in a Columbia 5 tube TRF receiver, also known as a Radynola 5 tube radio circa ~1926.
The original had an open secondary. This replacement transformer seems to work just fine.
