Some Les Pauls and thicker bodied guitars with carved tops may require a deep threaded nut, available as W-SC-W056.

I'll never switch cause they're the best, Switchcraft above all the rest!
I gave this one star off for the problem but as far as the product, it's first rate. The problem is when it arrived 1/2 of the leaves were severely bent inwards. Sure, it's an open frame switch and all you got to do is tweak those blades around with some needle nose to fix that kind of thing up. The problem is that once you do that, the spring tension is never the same and most probably no longer symmetrical... makes the switch feel loose and on the verge of breaking, so one star off for that!
