Compatible amps include Rivera® Pubster 25, Chubster 40, Knucklehead Reverb, Crate® G212, Palomino, V16,V32, Kitty Hawk® Supreme Model, Vox® AC30 (70’s models with solid state reverb circuitry), Marshall® G80RCD, G100RCD, Brunetti® Singleman, Laney® VC15, Music Man® RD50, plus others.
The Mod Electronics Reverb Tanks are high quality upgrade units. Some of the major differences between the Mod®s and other reverb tanks are that the Transducers are wired directly to their respective RCA jacks as opposed to current production tanks where Transducers are connected by a detachable plug to their respective RCA jacks. This makes the tanks less receptive to any outside interference. The original Hammond Accutronics tanks from the 1960s were also wired directly to their respective RCA jacks. In addition, very close attention has been paid to the spacing and size of the lamination of the Transducers resulting in a more vintage like tone.

Great replacement 3 spring tank for my V15 - it sounds much smoother to my ears than the 2 spring, and the medium decay suits my playing perfectly.
Excellent product with beautiful tone and clarity. Build quality is very nice. More lush and beautiful than a stock 2-spring.
Bought this as a replacement for one tank in a Marshall head, but wound up loving it so much I put it into a different Marshall Valvestate head. The unit sounds awesome. Warmer than the original 8BB2C1B unit, but in a modern kind of way. I will definitely be purchasing Mod Verb Tanks again from AES. Did I mention best price and awesome service? Oh damn, all that too!
