There are certain instances when you don't have enough depth for a regular 1/4" jack, and that's where the longer bushing (3/8") is the perfect solution. And you can never go wrong with Switchcraft parts. They're always dependable.

Excellent high quality jacks that I use on all my amp builds. Highly recommended.

These switches fit perfectly in my 1965 fender bassman. The only difference is the originals had only two solder points. These have six. You just wire on one side of the switch, leave the other side blank.

You can alway count on Switchcraft, there are cheap units out there , and are not worth buying, these are worth their “salt”

I've been servicing electronics professionally for over 35 years now, and in that time have replaced well over a thousand jacks i'm sure. I have always replaced cheap, inferior jacks with high quality Switchcraft jacks, because nothing sucks more than having to explain to a customer that their amp failed again during their show because I was trying to save them 50 cents by using Chinese garbage. They're so beautifully made, that even Neutrik hasn't been able to improve them.
