These tubes are the only ones that sound good in my 76 deluxe reverbI've tried JJ's, Svetlana's, GT's.. nothing sounds as full and clean

This tube lets my amplifier shine. Matching is well done. Above all, the service in delivering tubes with the requested characteristics is really great!

CE did the responsible action to replace a quad set when one tube lost a heater. In fact, they also replaced free of charge a second time when a heater went out again on the replacement set. Good service, peculiar incident.

Product meets with my expectation. I was looking for detail, warmth and responsiveness. I picked the 6L6 as substitute for the stock EL34 on my amp which lacked those characteristics particularly on the clean setting. The first brand of 6L6's that I picked up however developed this noticeable "rattle" after just a few hours of playing. This only shows up when particular notes were played on the guitar and was not present when I put the EL34's back. After some research, I decided to go for the EH brand 6L6's because of the internal construction that looks like it specifically addresses the problem I was having, in addition to it's ability to reproduce the notes exactly as I wanted; warm and detailed. So far I have not been disappointed. The valves reproduce the notes just as I expected across the fret board without introducing unwanted sounds.

The Tech Corner on Antique Electronic Supply website was a great resource that helped tremendously in the decision making process.

This has become my universal go-to 6L6GC , and the reason is simple , Russian power tubes just seem to be more robust , and they handle higher voltages than Chinese or even JJ's . I'm guessing the Groove Tubes California made new/old GE version is superior , but costs considerably more.
