Product Reviews

I bought a complete set of preamp tubes for my '64 Vibrolux Reverb. These tubes sound beautiful, and for that reason, I'm going to retube my Louis Electric amp as well.

Low noise and great tone.

This a awesome tube I have used this tube in other amps mainly vintage Music Man amps for the phase inverter tube.In my H&K Tubemeister 5 it gives it more head room and volume

Steve Heidelberger - May 10th, 2015

Pins quite small. Poor contact with "vintage" sockets. This particular one is also weak. Both sections test bad. This one must have gotten through the selection process. I was hoping for better results. It just doesn't make the grade.

Jim Walsh - September 22nd, 2014

The tubes arrived in a timely fashion. One of the tubes tested well on my tester, well matched sections and strong. The other was poorly matched with a very strong section and an almost dead section. Also these would not operate properly in a series DC heater connection. When placed in my Dynaco PAS pre-amp the tubes caused a loud and annoying hum through the speakers. The good tube did sound quite good but, at least in this case, I wish I would have bought somthing else.
