The JJ Electronic 12AU7 / ECC82 is a medium gain dual triode built with the quality and reliability that we’ve come to expect from a JJ tube. This 12AU7 offers smooth tones and clear definition which is why it’s no surprise that this tube is often found in hifi equipment as well as guitar amplifiers.

Works fine, just what I needed.

I used these to replace the 12AU7s in my two Heathkit WA-P2 preamps. They work great and sound fine. Old tubes were probably original and the signal was unbalanced between the two channels, now much better.

I am using these tubes in Heathkit and other old VTVM's that use same. I've purchased two so far and they work fine.

I knew what they were before purchasing them. Not sure if this will help anyone, because I use the pre-amp valves in 2 Behringer vt999 overdrive pedals to help my Fender champion 40 amp work more like a tube amp. I run one on flat settings then into the other that I control when needed. The low gain tubes keeps the signal cleaner and give the amp warmth without overdriving early. Usually I keep the gain control on zero, & control the gain by the knob on the amp itself. It isn't a tube amp but the 2 pedals working together helps fool many in thinking it is.

Not one of the three tubes I bought from you passed when tested in my tube checker. I am very disappointed. I wish you would screen your tubes before selling them to the public. I'd be willing to pay more if I could trust them to be good. It is now holding up a very important amplifier repair.

I wanted to try this 12AU7 in V1 just to see what it sounded like. It really sounded smooth but you do loose some volume.

Worked very good.

Fast delivery and they work perfectly for my Hammarlund HQ-180 receiver.

Received as advertised

I plugged this tube into its socket and played my guitar. I floated away into space and it was great until I realized I was in a vacuum just like inside the tube and then I was like dude inception and then I was happy.
