Quality is very good and have not had a failure compared to sprague or IC brand capacitors. Low ESR and no leakage even after 10 years.

When restoring vacuum tube equipment from the 1930s through the 1960s one thing is certain - all of the old electrolytic capacitors have to go. These electrolytic capacitors test well. They have higher temperature ratings, low ESR, measure in tolerance, and have low electrical leakage current. They are perfect for restoring old radios.

I ordered the 22uf value capacitor and when I tested them, they were all well within spec (which I have found is not always the case with some brands). They are priced well and work well and I can say that I will buy these again.
