does 103k = .01uf or .1uf ?

The tolerance code of 103k equals .01uf. Here is how you read these:
First number equals: first number of the value (1)
Second number equals: second number of the value (0)
Third number equals: the number of zeros (3).
103 turns into: 10,000p. This converts into 10nf. Finally, 0.01uf.
F = 1% tolerance, J=5% tolerance, and k=10% tolerance.
103k translates to: .01uf with a 10% tolerance.

I'm restoring an old amateur transceiver (Drake TR 3) and need replacements for the old axial lead paper capacitors. I need 3 .47uF 100 VDC and a 0.1uF 200 VDC capacitors with a 5-10% tolerance.

These caps are available in both of those values. We can not verify these are the correct caps for your application.

They are not metalized. They are polypropylene film.
Product Reviews
Used to replace some sensitive ceramic coupling caps in a Bassman. It sounds great.
This size capacitor is a good replacement for Mesa Boogie amplifiers, especially in the output driver tube section. Mesa typically used a lot of 400V coupling capacitors that were at the limit of high voltage applied to them and effected the negative Bias voltage to the output tubes. On their Forum's it was recommended to use 600V coupling capacitors in place of the original 400V to help save burnt out Output tubes, not to mention destroying capacitors in the Bias circuit. Just a helpful note!
Placed these capacitors in my vintage RCA Victor record player amplifier in place of old caps. The player now woks fine. The price for these is fair and the quality is good.

They test good and look good, I'm certain they will work well. The only drawback is that I normally buy axial lead caps so some of my tube amp rebuilding will take cutting the old lead off as long as possible so these leads can be soldered to them. Not a problem with the parts, just my use of them.
Was a perfect fit for my 1935 Grunow 660 Radio Restoration.
