I purchased these capacitors to replace standard capacitors in my phono preamp RIAA equalization network. What a big improvement they made on the sound.

The Auricap by audience is the only coupling capacitor I will use in the audio tube equipment that I engineer and build. I used to use IC capacitors and still do for vintage radio restorations, but when it comes to the High End Audiophile tube amplifiers I engineer, I use only Auricap capacitors. Theses capacitors truly are sonically transparent in the tube circuits, I've confirmed that by using my dual trace oscilloscope and signal generator. They are the finest Quality capacitors I've used and after putting Auricaps in my stereo 6l6 ge tube amplifier, I've been getting rave reviews and comments about the sound staging, headroom, clarity and dead on accuracy of any music played through my amplifier. The Auricaps are everything that Audience claims, and as far as I'm concerned, so much more.
I'm building a tube phono stage preamp and for the 2 coupling capacitors, It has to be the Auricap .22 mfd, 400v. Can't wait to hear how incredible my vinyl sounds with tube pre amplification through the Auricaps.
I highly recommend the Auricap by Audience for anyone doing an upgrade to an existing tube amp or preamp or if you build your own amps. Like me, and everyone who has listened to my tube amp, you won't believe your ears.
