I used this capacitor in my LAUB model 26R tube amp for the last 2 of 4 power supply nodes. With this capacitor you get a higher voltage rating compared to the original multi-section capacitor - and you also have several choices for the initial preamp circuit power node of 10, 20 or 30 uF depending on which combination provides the best tone. I chose the 20 uF for my project and the amp sounds great. For the 1st two power supply nodes I used the CE Mfg. 40/40/20/20 uf - 525 volt multisection capacitor which provided the exact capacitance needed as well as a higher voltage rating compared to the original capacitor.
