This is not going to work as you do not want to go down in capacitance.

If you only need three sections, connecting the 20uf section in parallel with the 30uf section yields a combined capacitance of 50uf.

This will probably be your best option. We have a 100/100 @ 500 but that would leave you with a much higher value on the 30uF side. You can combine sections on the 80/40/30/20 or you can also run individual caps under the chassis and leave the bad can in the unit for aesthetic purposes.

All you have to do is not make a connection to the 30uf section.

The twist lock tabs are .18" in diameter and each adjacent tab is .59" apart. Also, the tabs are about 1.08" apart from each other going from one end of the cap to the other.

Like everyone says, its a perfect fit for the Dynakit 70 and sounds great. Just make sure as Bob Latino says that you put the 80 cap in the back. As it turns out I was lucky to get it in when I did. The old can was bulging and soon to fail.

Quad capacitor fit perfectly into my Dyanco ST70 that I am rebuilding. Used this version for the added capacitance over the original version. Works like a champ!

Capacitor dropped in perfectly in a Fisher 50-A for a customer. 525VDC rating is needed for today's higher line voltage. Wish the mechanical specs were available online w/o inquiring.

Always nice to have a reliable supply of good quality twist lock caps at a reasonable price. My McIntosh collectors appreciate my efforts to use parts similar to what McIntosh used in the sixties.

Works great! Perfect for giving the amp the extra headroom and low end grunt.

Wow. Much tighter bass (almost too tight for my bookshelfs). Great improvement to the Dyna 70.
