Although this can capacitor is more than twice as tall as the can capacitor it replaced, and although its terminals are designed to be used on printed circuit boards, it fit well and it was simple enough to solder wires to the PC board terminals and there was plenty of room for the additional height in the Zenith Model H725 radio recently rebuilt. The values of capacitance were precisely correct for this application and the voltage ratings far exceeded the requirements of the original design, providing an extra margin of safety and enhanced reliability. The radio plays beautifully and the can capacitor is doing an excellent job.
