Product Reviews
tested on capacitor tester SENCORE type. low esr correct value, Voltage held.
Recomended
Worked great in my amp. These are definitely more affordable than some of the other can capacitors out there.
I received the caps in a timely manner well packaged. They're not in use as of yet !!!!!!!!
I have been using these in my designs for many years with no issues. In fact, there was a time when I dropped a prototype of mine on my concrete driveway. There were two of these caps mounted to the piece of equipment and it landed on the caps when it hit the driveway. There were some crush-type dents in the caps from the impact. I first checked the caps with a capacitance meter, which indicated they were still working exactly as they should. I plugged it in and turned on the piece of equipment and miraculously it worked perfectly. They look great, work great, and are tough as nails, but I don't recommend abusing them like I did.
These JJ multi-section can capacitors offer great bang for the buck. High capacitance, high voltage rating, and a great price. And they look great, to boot. I used the 100+100 cap in a SS-rectified Hi-Fi amplifier.
No issues with any build yet. I have a B+ of 476V sitting on this and it has delivered for 2 years without any signs of degradation. Still going strong at 476V.
