Capacitor - Mod® Electronics, Aluminum Electrolytic, 105°C, Axial Lead
Mod® Electronics electrolytic capacitors provide builders with quality capacitors that offer long-lasting performance at the highest degree. These capacitors are designed with tube amplifiers in mind; each capacitor is rated at 105°C. This temperature rating provides a highly-stable capacitance in any device, be it vacuum tube or solid state. The Mod® electrolytic capacitor line features capacitance values that are common in many vintage amplifiers but are not readily available today. Builders and techs can confidently use these capacitors to match the original specifications of their equipment.

Have not used them as i got them for my caps stash. Extremely fast shipping, and great packaging
EXCELLENT DID THE JOB
The clear sleeve on these caps allows you to color these with a variety of transparent paints to simulate vintage european electrolitics. I painted mine red to look like the original “Facon” caps in my Farfisa Compact combo organ, you can also use yellow to emulate hard to find Seimens caps and blue for Ducati caps.
Excellent product
These are fantastic electrolytic capacitors. They are physically smaller than many brands which makes it easier to fit them into existing projects or PCB's. All of them are rated for 105 degrees Celsius - much higher than most caps on the market (Including Sprague or IC). Also, I have to disagree with a previous review about ESR. I tested these against Sprague, Generic, IC, and F&T caps of the same ratings and these MOD caps had a fraction of the ESR that all the other brands had. One of the many positive attributes these caps have that convinced me to start using them instead of my (and every other amp tech's) previous favorite, F&T and Sprague Atom. These test better than any of them - I think people are just afraid to try something new - especially in the Guitar/Amp community. But they are so much better than the far more expensive options. Try them, they do not disappoint and have not failed in any of my builds/repairs. I work on tube amps as a profession, every day.

I've used a lot of these Mod capacitors with good results. Good quality and economical.
I needed some for a vintage stereo amp-preamp. These were a cheaper way for me to make sure I was correct in needing them. They did the trick and my amp works again. They are rated at +/- 20%. For an analog power supply, I thought that might be ok and they are. However, I may upgrade them to a better quality electrolytic in the future after I work out other bugs in my vintage system. I don't have an ocilloscope at the moment, so I can't test how clean they run. But my amp sounds great! They work great for the price!
