I needed a couple of boxes to mount just below a table top and allow the insertion of several headphone plugs. The width and height of these were perfect for the application, as was the black color. The diecast boxes are easy to drill and provided a solid mounting for the 1/4" headphone jacks.

The best enclosure I've ever purchased, and that's 100% the truth: Appears to be manufactured from durable billet aluminum yet surprisingly simple through which to drill with a step bit. Very impressive indeed and at a great price to boot. AES is my new vendor for pedal enclosures, period.
