The PRC-2 audio choke from One Electron was designed for shunt-feed single-ended output applications, but is also useful where quality inductive loads are needed or as high-quality filter chokes. It features a paper bobbin. It has two identical windings allowing series and parallel combinations. It is not recommended for use as a transformer.

The table shows the maximum recommended load impedance when used as a shunt-feed choke. As with traditional class-A triode amplifiers, the driving impedance is about ½ the load impedance. The recommended load impedances are based on a -1dB response at 20 Hz; for better low frequency response, use a choke with higher recommended load (higher inductance).

This product does not meet its specifications.

At 75mA with the windings in series, it measures at 21H/100Hz. With no DC current, the primary inductance is only about 30H. Even if the advertised rating is inductance with no DC, these are still way off the mark.

The other issue that I had was that there's no datasheet for these. The link at the One-Electron website is dead and they no longer answer their e-mail.
