Enclosures / Chassis

Predrilled 1590BB enclosures. Measures 4.71" x 3.70" x 1.18" deep. These enclosures come drilled with holes for pots, footswitch and top mounted jacks.

• Standard size footswitch mounting hole fits 12mm or 15/32” bushings
• ⅜” mounting holes for top mounted jacks
• Enclosed or low profile ¼” jacks recommended
• Top mounted DC jack mounting hole fits common switched jacks such as S-H750-X and P-JBLB-IN-S
• 8mm potentiometer mounting holes fit a variety of different pot sizes but 16mm pots are recommended.

Rugged, diecast aluminum alloy (tough yet easy to machine), electronic instrument enclosure. Lap joint construction provides protection against access of dust and splashing water. Also provides for improved EMI/RFI shielding. Vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. Four 6-32 x 1/2" machine screws secure lid - into tapped holes. Designed to meet IP54. Low side wall draft angle (2 degrees or less) for easy P.C. board mounting.
Add 0.16" to enclosure depth for lid.

Hammond Mfg 20 gauge steel 12” x 8” cover plate. Punched with 4 holes – 3/16” diameter (Chassis now includes 1/8" holes to allow installation of optional bottom plates).

7" wide x 5" long x 2" tall steel chassis with walnut side panels Features:

• Spot welded steel (20 gauge) - heavy duty construction chassis.
• Steel chassis is finished in satin black powder paint
• Side panels are made from solid walnut and routed out to fit over ends of chassis (pre-punched for easy mounting).
• Walnut side panels attach with four machine screws & lockwashers (included) into metal inserts to avoid wood damage.

15° sloped aluminum consoles from Hammond’s 1456 Series. These enclosures are a great choice for desktop effects and synthesizers as well as vintage style stompboxes. Features:

• 4" x 5.5" x 2" (1” height at front)
• Bottom panels are 0.081” (2 mm) thick aluminum
• Top panels are 0.064” thick aluminum
