I have a vintage 70's era Fender Twin Reverb. There are two inputs in the back for pedals; one for reverb and one for vibrato. These inputs are smaller than the inputs on the front for guitar chords. Would this be the proper pedal for me?

Yes, many of the vintage Fender amps used footswitches with RCA plugs just like these footswitches.
Does this work for a fender rivera super champ?

The footswitch for the Rivera era Super Champ is a different circuit and this will not work.
Which is the correct foot switch for a late model twin reverb 60?

We have another footswitch for reissue models - https://www.tubesandmore.com/products/footswitch-fender-two-button-vibrato-reverb-vintage - but the difference is the 1/4" plug. Take a look at the back of your amp to see if it has dual RCA or a single 1/4" jack.
