Is this pedl 91003 a replacement for pedl91001?1 answers

No, these are two different parts. 91003 doe have LED's and 91001 does not have LED's. The LED's are powered by your amp and not all Marshall amps will power these LED's.

It should work but we do not know if the LED's will work. The power for the LED's needs to come from the amp and not all Marshall amps will power the LED's.
