Hi these fuses are rated at 250 volts.
May 23rd, 2019
You are talking DC voltage NOT AC voltage. B+ is power supply transformer voltage in a tube amp. Not the input voltage. These are general fuses and can be used on anything as long as the amps and volts are correct for whatever application.

250V is the max voltage rating of these fuses. As long as the voltage is lower than 250V you can use these fuses.

Yes, this is the correct size for that fuse holder.

As long as the voltage, amperage, and type (slow or fast blow) are all correct, you should be able to use them. If you have additional concerns, you will want to consult a professional repair tech.

The 1/8 A in the description would indicate that your Moog would use an eighth amp (0.0125 amp) fuse, which we do not currently offer.

I was tempted to say these fuses really blow. However, I'm totally amped about them.
