Phillips panhead machine screw, 10-32, zinc. Phillips panhead machine screw, 4-40, zinc. Designed to go through a hole or nut that is pre-tapped to form a mating thread for the screw. Has a general purpose bearing area and can be substituted in most applications for round, truss, or binding heads. Phillips drive is the most common drive used and is designed to "camout" when the screw reaches optimum tightness, thus preventing damage to the screw head.

Flush finishing washers made of nickel plated brass. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. These washers provide additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance. This design closely resembles the flush finishing washers found on earlier blackface Fender® amplifier cabinets. The #6 size is used for back panels on combo amps and heads. Popular low-cost lock nut (also known as a Keps nut, k-lock, or washer nut) for commercial and industrial applications. Locking action is achieved when the nut is tightened against a bearing surface as the teeth of the lock washer dig into it.

6-32 Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 6-32 size works in place of original M3.5 screws that were used for the rotary selector switches, octal sockets, capacitor clamps, and chokes. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. Steel, type A narrow. SAE washers have a tighter fit on the bolt and a smaller outside diameter. Designed for general purpose mechanical and structural use.

Threaded through wide dress nuts for use with mini toggle switches. This wide based nut is not capped allowing the nut to thread past the top of the switch’s bushing. The uncapped top can be useful where internal depth is an issue such as parallel PCB mounting. These plated dress nuts feature a wide chamfered edge for a professional and unique look. These work on any 1/4-40 UNS threaded bushing. Two sides are flatted for use with a tool when fastening.

#6 x 1 ¼” Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of round head screw is commonly used on vintage style Fender® Stratocaster® bridges mounted directly to the body using six screws.

Flat washer/locking ring. Fits switches that mount to 1/2" chassis holes. A 0.110" length guide tab ensures a locking fit (locking hole is 0.376" from chassis hole center).

Spring steel tooth-lock washer. Uses internal teeth for locking and tension. The 0.25 inch size fits Carling mini toggle switches along with any other ¼” bushing item.

Genuine Bigsby® mounting screws. These wood screws are for mounting bridge plates to the top of the guitar body. These are the stock screws included with plates like P-GB-PLATE.

Steel lock washers that use both internal and external teeth for locking and tension. The teeth dig into the screw head or nut and the joint. These washers provide greater vibration resistance than split lock washers. Steel lock washers like these can be found in vintage Fender® blackface and silverface amplifiers for securing speakers to the cabinet. These washers have a zinc finish.

Pre-slotted black bone nuts for Stratocaster®, Telecaster®, and other Fender® necks with a 9.5” radius. A 9.5” fingerboard has been the standard Fender® neck radius since the 1980s. The bone used for the pre-shaped and pre-slotted nuts is dyed black using a process that results in a fully black nut.

PCB mount terminal pin made of tinned brass. This pin fits 0.064” mounting holes and can be swage or solder mounted. The pin diameter is 0.05” and has a total length of 0.25” when mounted. Great for connecting offboard wiring by soldering directly to the pin or using an appropriate connector.
