The work of craftsmen on each individual part has gained the classic machine heads of the 35G series, critical acclaim and trustworthiness in the eyes of musicians all over the world. U.S. made plated brass jack plates for Les Paul and other compatible guitars. These plates feature high quality finishes and fit ⅜” bushing jacks like Switchcraft W-SC-11.

Fret press inserts. 2.5” width brass inserts fit the S-T259-A and S-T260 fret press cauls. Used to press frets into guitar fret boards as an alternative to hammering.

250 kΩ ohm. Original TBX tone control for most Strats and Teles. CTS manufactured, includes capacitor and comes in original Fender® packaging. Some instruments have a unique tone circuit that features a TBX Tone Control (Patented). The TBX (which stands for Treble Bass Expander), is a dual concentric stacked tone pot. The pot has a detent in the middle position. From 0 to 5 (at the detent), the TBX functions like a normal tone circuit with filtration through a capacitor. Advancing the knob counterclockwise from the detent position gradually filters off high frequencies, like a standard tone control. Rotate the knob clockwise from the detent position, and you add presence and brightness by allowing the pickups' natural resonance to come through. Fender part number: 099-2052-000

Bob Smith Industries™ Insta-Cure™ Super Thin Cyanoacrylate. A must have for luthiers! Insta-Cure™ has a water-thin viscosity that wicks deep into joints by capillary action and cures in a matter of a few seconds (1-3 sec.). Surfaces to be bonded must be tight fitting (no visible gaps) and should be held together or clamped while you apply the CA around the edges of the seam. For glue applications with small gaps or looser fitting joints the higher viscosity Insta-Cure+™ is recommended.

High quality strap buttons from Gotoh. Available in multiple finishes. This style matches the look of strap buttons used on many Gibson® guitars. Mounting screws are included with each pair of strap buttons.

Fret rocker luthier tool. Four precision ground flat edges having lengths: 4.0”, 3.0”, 2.0” and 1.3”. Perfect for finding the source of fret buzz. Place the flat edge over three frets at a time and try to rock the tool. If the tool rocks, you’ve located the uneven fret.

High quality potentiometers from AxLabs. These audio taper pots feature a ⅜” bushing and coarse (T18) knurled shaft. The dish back style matches the construction of many vintage guitars. Unlike any other potentiometers on the market, AxLabs pots were specifically designed for electric guitars, utilizing years of painstaking attention to detail in the industry. AxLabs potentiometers feature machined brass shaft sleeves and are lubricated with 3 different types of grease used in specific areas of the moving parts for ultra-smooth rotation. Shafts are then reinforced with a retainer ring positio­ned for strength and to reduce friction.

The original Rotomatic® with an improved higher ratio gearing. The 18:1 ratio provides for finer tuning and greater stability. The finer gears provide smoother tuning and a higher degree of backlash elimination. This new version of the Rotomatic® uses the exact housing as the original. Only the gearing has changed. Includes washers, bushing and wood screws.

This spring helps set your tremolo arm in a fixed position when used with any Fender® American series or American Standard series tremolo. Simply insert spring into tremolo arm receptacle prior to installing tremolo arm. Package includes twelve tension springs. Used in Custom Shop, American Series, American Vintage, American Standard (USA), and Classic, Deluxe, and Road Worn® Series (Mexico) instruments.

High quality vintage-style locking tuners from Gotoh.

Designed to protect the fingerboard when doing work on your frets. These shields are indispensable when doing any sort of fret work. Being only .010” thick they can bend to accommodate and fingerboard radius. Made of 304 spring stainless steel.

Jaguar style master control plate in chrome. Perfect replacement for most Jaguar style guitars. 4.12” x 1.86” plate mounting center distance (0.14” diameter, recessed).

Bob Smith Industries™ Insta-Cure+™ Medium Gap Filling Cyanoacrylate. A must have for luthiers! Insta-Cure+™ is a higher viscosity CA for loose fitting joints in which the adhesive must bridge gaps or the parts to be glued don’t fit perfectly. Medium viscosity super glue is the most common glue used in many luthiery applications due to it’s cure time and viscosity. Recommended for binding repair and small poly finish touch ups. Normally, the thicker CA is applied to one surface and then the parts are held tightly together for about 5 to 15 seconds. For large surface areas, including those with close fitting joints such as laminations, INSTA-CURE+ ™ should also be used. To prevent premature curing, don’t spread the glue into a thin film. Lay down a serpentine bead with about 1" separations on one surface, then assemble the parts, letting the pressure spread the CA out. To speed up curing time use the Insta-Set accelerator!

This zinc diecast height adjustable stop tailpiece from GOTOH features threaded adjustable studs and knurled bushings. Hardware included. Anchor bushings: M8x1.25, 25mm height.
