Made in Japan. Files specially designed for fret dressing and fret end work. Used for rounding fret ends and deburring. The hard chrome coating used on these files allows for use on both standard fret materials as well as stainless steel frets.

The Dunlop System 65 Fret Collars include everything you need for a quick fret polish without the need for taping the entire neck. Two sizes of flexible steel collars are included, 0.125 and .080.

Make your frets shine with this fret polishing rubber. Erases fine scratches and marks. Set of 2. Because of the softness of the rubber, the polisher fits to fret arch perfectly and keeps the fingerboard damage to a minimum. Easy to cut for delicate fret work. This is a great rust remover and polisher!
Available in 1000 (tan), 400 (red), or 180 (blue) grit.

Designed to protect the fingerboard when doing work on your frets. These shields are indispensable when doing any sort of fret work. Being only .010” thick they can bend to accommodate and fingerboard radius. Made of 304 spring stainless steel.

Fret rocker luthier tool. Four precision ground flat edges having lengths: 4.0”, 3.0”, 2.0” and 1.3”. Perfect for finding the source of fret buzz. Place the flat edge over three frets at a time and try to rock the tool. If the tool rocks, you’ve located the uneven fret.

Diamond fret file with offset shape for more comfortable fret dressing and improved clearance over the guitar body at high frets. Both full length concave filing grooves (for medium and wide fretwire) uniformly coated with micro industrial diamond particle.

Handheld fret press is a professional fretting tool that gives you finer control over the pressure needed to seat a fret into the slot - you can actually feel it seating! It eliminates complicated clamping setups, so your press-in fret jobs go faster. There's a self-leveling upper caul that adjusts easily to any neck. Used with radius inserts (S-T261) to press frets into guitar fret boards. This method is preferred by many as an alternative to hammering the frets in. Includes 4 interchangeable support cauls.

High quality carbon steel fret cutters for use with stainless steel fret wire. These newly designed cutters improve accuracy providing a flatter cut than other versions. Additionally the blades are designed for improved durability. The cutters can also be locked in the closed position for protection when not in use.

Those of us who don’t want to fully remove that new set of strings to do some quick spot work on the fret board or nut will love this simple yet effective tool. Simply loosen your strings and place the string spreaders underneath the guitar neck. Bring the strings off the neck and latch them underneath the spreader's ends to allow for quick and easy fret-board work without the need to unstring your instrument. These string spreaders will quickly become a must have in your toolbox!

A specialized tool for cleanly pulling out frets. The narrow jaws are designed specifically to allow for a clean grip on frets. The special flush ground 1/2" jaws can easily bite the frets without damaging the fretboard.
