1N5408 Diode. Lead mounted standard recovery rectifiers are designed for use in power supplies and other applications having need of a device with the following features:

• High Current to Small Size
• High Surge Current Capability
• Low Forward Voltage Drop

The CD4013B device consists of two identical, independent data-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has independent data, set, reset, and clock inputs and Q and Q outputs. These devices can be used for shift register applications, and, by connecting Q output to the data input, for counter and toggle applications. The logic level present at the D input is transferred to the Q output during the positive-going transition of the clock pulse.

High-quality USA made knobs from Davies Molding. The small skirted 1610 knob is made of solid phenolic and features an indicator line on the 0.91” diameter skirt. This classic knob has been used on a variety of equipment and most notably on the Buchla 100 Series as well as some 200 Series modules.

The large skirted 1600 knob is made of phenolic and features an indicator line on the 1.5” diameter skirt. This classic knob has been used on a variety of equipment and most notably on the Buchla 100 Series as well as some 200 Series modules.

Large skirted aluminum knob with indicator line and set screw. This solid aluminum knob has a 1.125 in. diameter skirt and ¾” grip that features a minimalistic style of fluting. The knob uses dual set screws to ensure no slipping once set on the pot’s shaft. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts.

600V stranded. Strands are tinned individually. See photos for detail. UL style 1015, rated to 105 degrees C. Perfect for new projects or rewiring any electrical equipment.

Solder terminals, non-switched. Metal ferrule, vintage style found in many amplifiers and pedals. For the switched version, see S-H901-X. Features:

The 2N5135 is a silicon NPN transistor in a TO-105 case. This transistor is a close match to the rare 2N5133 but with higher voltage ratings and is in a larger package. The hFE range is less wide than the 2N5133 with more values in the range found in the batches used on vintage Big Muff pedals. The lower hFE range also makes these a great option for silicon fuzz pedals.

Lumberg panel mount barrel jack with solder lugs.This DC jack features a normally closed switch on the ring (sleeve) connection. For use with barrel plugs with a 5.5mm external diameter and 2.1mm internal diameter. Mounting nut included.

Dual 9 volt battery box. Two 9V battery compartments, each compartment having its own red and black wires for battery positive and negative connections (4 wires total) allowing for series, parallel or separate connections of two 9V batteries. Four wood screws included. Directions: 1. Refer to the Drawing B and make a hole on guitar body. 57.5 mm (2.26") x 49.5 mm (1.95"), R6 (6 mm = 0.24") 2. Put the box in guitar body and fix it by screws.

Anodized aluminum knob with short indicator line, set screw, and a matte metal finish. This solid aluminum knob has a straight knurled grip with a diameter of 0.5”. The knob also features a counterbore which allows it to hide pot bushings for a clean look. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts. For a larger version of this knob, see P-K611-X. Padboard featuring a 0.15” vintage spacing. This spacing is great for vintage-style builds and more easily accommodates axial capacitors and other larger sized vintage parts like resistors and transistors. The board has a 20x10 grid of pads and easily fits into 1590BB style enclosures and larger vintage-style fuzz enclosures. Each square pad is HASL coated making soldering easier than most protoboards and also ensures a long shelf life. Features:

Metal Film resistors consist of a resistive element of an extremely thin layer of metal alloy vacuum deposited on a substrate. Precise and quiet. Package of 5. These resistors are perfect for pedal builders! 1/4 watt.

Carling SPST latching On-Off footswitch. Used in Fender etc. Reverb/tremolo/channel switching pedals, (110-P).

9V battery clip with a fiberboard frame. This high quality battery snap features tinned brass eyelets that secure the nickel-plated steel contacts to the fiberboard. Wires can be soldered directly to the eyelets allowing for custom length battery connections. This fiberboard style is similar to the 9V battery connectors in vintage electronics such as the Arbiter Fuzz Face.

High-quality USA made knobs from Rogan Corp. These medium knobs feature a metal insert, spun aluminum inlay, and a skirt with an infilled arrow indicator. The RB-67 Series from Rogan is popularly used on Buchla 200 Series modular synthesizers and can be found on many contemporary eurorack synthesizers..

Stripboard made with a phenolic substrate. Phenolic boards are found in many vintage electronics before the use of fiberglass became common. This stripboard features standard 0.1” (2.54mm) spacing. The board has a 30x15 grid (15 strips) and easily fits into 1590BB style enclosures and larger vintage-style fuzz enclosures. 2N404 PNP germanium transistors. The 2N404 is used in many fuzz pedals along with other effects. This transistor is in a TO-5 package with long leads commonly found on germanium transistors. For a higher voltage version of this transistor, see P-Q2N404A.

3PDT latching footswitch. LED ring requires a 11/16" mounting hole. Foot switch button set screw requires 1.5mm hex key.

High quality PCB mounted DC jack made by Cliff. This style of PCB mounted DC jack style can be found on many manufacturers’ pedals. For barrel plugs with a 5.5mm external diameter and 2.1mm internal diameter. Three solder pins are available for tip, ring, and switch.

The BC184 is a general purpose NPN transistor in a TO-92 case. The BC184 is commonly used in fuzz pedals and has a reputation as a warm sounding silicon transistor for fuzz. BC184 was used in various Colorsound pedals - Jumbo Tone Bender, Supa Tone Bender, Power Boost, etc. It was also used in the Schaller Fuzz, and has been used in fuzz pedals from well-known builders such as Skreddy Pedals, D*A*M, and Stu Castledine.
