What curve profile are the taper on theses pots? CTS lists them as D, C, J, etc... this gives the percent resistance at 50% rotation.
Asked by Anonymous on December 11th, 2019.
These potentiometers use an "A" curve profile.

What is the rotational life spec for these pots? The datasheet shows standard - 10K cycles, or special - 100K or 250K cycles.
Asked by Anonymous on September 21st, 2020.
These are standard, so 10k cycles.

Will these fit in a 70s vintage Twin Reverb?
Asked by timothy3 on December 23rd, 2020.
These use a 3/8" bushing, so as long as the chassis has a 3/8" diameter hole for the pots, these should physically fit.

What is the tolerance on the 100k pot? Datasheet says, +-30,20, or 10% but can't find the specific specifications
Asked by Anonymous on January 26th, 2021.
These pots have a %20 tolerance.
Product Reviews
Works great, just like it's supposed to. I'm using it in a pedal steel guitar. Thanks
The only time I don't order from Antique Electronic Supply is when they don't stock what I'm looking for. Rest assured the products are top notch, and the service is fast and friendly. You can't go wrong. The CTS pots are the best available option today, and I've built countless amps and rewired a dozen guitars using them. They hold up.
2/18/2019 I replaced all 6 pots in my 1965 Fender Bassman guitar amp. These were exact replacements and appear to be as well constructed as the 50+year old originals. I am looking forward to do this job again in 2069.
