I wasn't having any trouble with the stock reverb tank in my Vox AC15C amp, I just like to do upgrades. Tubes, speakers, etc. There is a noticeable brightness in this Accutronics 8EB2C1B reverb tank. The original reverb wasn't tight at all. This upgrade sounds like my Fender Princeton Reverb amp. Do the upgrade. There is a difference. Also, I had a question and customer service was excellent. Quick response.

Purchased the Accutronics 8EB2C1B tank for my fender blues junior 1 (made in USA) and it brought the fender reverb sound back to life. Sounds great again

I ordered this for a repair/replacement for a Fender Blues Junior. Worked great. The only strange thing was that the red and black color coding for the input and output were the reverse of the connecting cable colors. Good thing I had the layout diagram for the amp.

Received the reverb tank today. Wow! Thanks for very fast shipping! I'm an intermediate guitar player. Bought a Fender Blues Junior at a pawn shop for a song, because the reverb didn't work. Tried the suggested fix and couldn't get it to work, so I ordered this one. Sounds like I would expect it is supposed to! Really appreciate the excellent customer support from these guys!

This isn't my only amp. Also have a Peavey Valveking VK112, which I love. But wanted something bluesier, and couldn't turn down this deal when they accepted my offer.

Thank you to these guys for getting me up and going! I saved a lot of money fixing it myself because the pawn shop was asking $125 more than I paid for the amp!

Purchased this tank to replace a dud in an aged Stage 100 head. Works like a champ, back in business. Don't forget to change those old rubber grommets to the new silicone versions to provide proper isolation and ring of the spring assemblies! No longer made in AZ, but sounds more authentic than others I have looked at and listened to.

honest This is the FENDER Reverb sound. I bought the MOD since it was less and is built really well. I installed it in my blues Jr and the MOD just does not sound "Fenderesqe" ( more VOX or Marshall actually), the dwell is all wrong. if you use THIS one, the accutronics, you will have the right sound. I made the mistake myself, so if are replacing a broken tank in a fender amp, stick with the accutronics.
