I am hoping to confirm that these are the right dimension to replace the original sockets in my Audible Illusions Modulus IIc. I will measure the diameter of the circuit board pins, but if they fit, I need to get 4. If they keep their strong contact spring over a long period of use, that is perfect for me.
Asked by Anonymous on April 16th, 2021.
The dimensions for these sockets are provided above in the "Measurements and Specs" tab below the pricing info in this listing. As for their performance over extended periods, reports in the customer reviews specifically mention these having a very tight grip on tube pins.
Product Reviews
These sockets were perfect for my project, and promptly received.
Wow, are these sockets OVERLY tight. I would not use them again. I was afraid Id crack the pin seals getting tubes into these sockets. If you gig, I guess at least you'll never have to worry about tubes shaking loose...
This is probably one of the better quality circuit board mounted 9 pin sockets on the market. Available in standard and gold plated.
