2 answers I have a 212 cab with 2 old greenbacks..both 16 ohms 2 bare wires coming from the Jack [mono 2 conductors] (black and White) just want the harness so I can clip them in quickly and come out at 8 ohms. Will I need more cables?

If wiring the two speakers in Parallel, the two 16 Ohm speakers would drop to 8 Ohms. The only other connections that need to be made outside of the speaker lugs are the positive and negative wire from the jack.
Yes, You will need the harness to the amp, then a separate harness to connect the speakers together, either in series (32 ohms) or parallel, + to + and - to -, (8 ohms), which is what you want.
