A modern, authoritatively voiced speaker, the Electric Lighting exhibits punchy, fast basses and crystal-clear highs, with a slightly throaty midrange. It covers well the ‘super cleans’ and ‘super overdrive’ tones typical of the most contemporary pop and rock music, up to the most extreme hi-gain, detuned or baritone applications.

Will this driver install into a Randall Diavlo 40 with no modifications?

The best thing to do in this situation is compare the dimension of this speaker with your current speaker and amp. The outer diameter will be 12" and the total depth is 5".

Can i install this in my Marshall code amp? stock 50 watt 4 ohm speaker to Jensen 4 ohm 70 watt speaker, some store reps says yes but others so no.

This is an 8ohm speaker and you need a 4ohm load. You could wire up two 8ohm Electric Lightning speakers in parallel to get a total of 4ohms.
