The Silverbird 12” speaker is inspired by the Blackbird 12 / 40 “Reinforced AlNiCo'' speaker. The Silverbird 12” provides a proper vintage tone that is optimized for contemporary players. It retains the delicate and detailed top end of its AlNiCo counterpart, crucial for a good clean tone and a clear and expressive midrange. Its robust and warm low end provides a solid foundation for an overall balanced, powerful, and lively tone, even with higher gain applications. The Raptor is one of the newest Jensen speakers, released after a long time in development refining the ideal qualities of a contemporary, sophisticated, touch responsive speaker. The result is a 100W ceramic speaker with a characteristic, vocal, rounded midrange and a silky-smooth top end, all based on a solid, fat and firm bass foundation. Eminently versatile, the Raptor is equally suitable to clean, crunch and lead tones. Guitarist Description: Powerful, smooth and warm. Excellent definition in the upper midrange. When presented with overdrive distortion, it exhibits a silky, full-sounding lead tone.

Tones of 1964 still ring true in this vintage voiced 10 inch speaker by amp guru George Alessandro. Very balanced with dynamic character, this ceramic 10 inch speaker offers tight, punchy tone with nice warmth, richness, and sparkling highs.

The C12N is one of the most important speakers in Jensen’s history. It is the top 12” speaker of the ‘Blackface Era, used by many American manufacturers in the mid ‘60s for their upper range models when the price of AlNiCo became unsustainable for the manufacturers. Clear highs, solid mids, and powerful basses, it epitomizes the tone of that decade, from the surf, the rock n’ roll, the electric blues and the West Coast inspired music. It was used in Twin, Bassmanä and Bandmasterä style amps, and many others.

One of the archetypical speakers in the range, the P8R has been installed in thousands of Champ and Princeton style amps for decades. Slightly clearer sounding than the C8R, its ceramic cousin, the P8R shines in clean and slightly crunch applications, where the typical chime of the AlNiCo magnets helps the sparkling harmonics to bloom.

The Falcon 12 is a mid-power, rich and fat sounding speaker. Very smooth in the top end, rounded in the midrange, it delivers exceptional bass depth and power for its power rating. The secret lies in its proprietary, green cone membrane, the only seamed cone in the Jet Series which is an integral element of the pronounced bass response. The Falcon is very suitable to low/medium output power stages with its ability of making even small amplifiers sound bigger.

Lead/Rhythm 8" guitar speaker. A rich, warm, full bodied tone that emulates a larger cone, with fat, punchy lows, smooth, but defined highs, and a nice break up. The mids are prominent, but with a warm, smooth texture.

A worthy successor to the Vintage 10, the G10 Vintage is a 10" speaker with bags of attitude. Using powerful ceramic magnets and the same voice coil design as the Vintage 30, the G10 packs an impressive punch with its 60W power handling. With the fast response of a 10" but with the strong and creamy vocal tones of a 12", the G10 is the ideal choice to add depth to hollow-sounding amps, or for players who want to get humbucker-type girth from single-coils. Can be used singly to add vocal warmth to small valve combos, or in quartets for a weightier but still lively attack.

The Electric Lightning 10 shines and shimmers with clean tones, because of its exceptional response on the upper frequencies. The midrange and bass may seem slightly subdued, yet the tonal balance is remarkably even. Capable of cutting through any mix, the Electric Lightning 10 delivers warmth, boldness and articulation.

The Mod 12-70 is a 12" ferrite speaker with 70 watts of power. The MOD12-70 is loud, dynamic, and well defined. It has a defined warm crunch response to overdrive distortion.

The P6V offers a tonal alternative to the C6V. Balanced and powerful for its size, its AlNiCo magnet assembly grants an extra-chimey character to the tone. This makes it a great choice for those applications where clean, detailed sounds on the edge of clipping are the key target for the player.

Following the heritage of the P12Q, the C12Q is one of the most versatile speakers in the Vintage range. Powerful enough for a cranked Deluxe-style amp yet balanced and warm, it surely is not lacking in bite. It has been used in both single and twin configurations by countless manufacturers including Fender®, Ampeg®, Silvertone® and Supro®, just to name a few.

The Mod 12-50 is a 12" ferrite speaker with 50 watts of power. Warm, well balanced tone with low end focus. It responds to overdrive distortion with a rich smooth crunch and bright lead-voice fuzz.

The Mod 10-70 is a 10" ferrite speaker with 70 watts of power. Thick, straightforward tone and fat bass frequencies. It exhibits a bass heavy, dirty grit when presented with overdrive distortion.

Adopted primarily in the Vibrolux® and Vibroverb® amps of the Brownface and Blackface era, the C10Q is a very easy to drive speaker that breaks up nicely with straightforward biting character. It was also very common in many Silvertone® and Valco® amps. It loves the 2x10 configuration and the floating baffles.

Look inside the back of a standard 4x12 and you may well find a quartet of Rocket 50s. This speaker performs well with any playing style, and won't break the bank - an affordable entry level speaker for those seeking the Celestion sound.
